How do I report a problem?

Send support the steps that caused the issue, what you expected to happen, and any screenshots that are safe to share.

Where can I manage billing?

Open your App Store or Google Play subscriptions page to change, cancel, or request help with a subscription.

How do I request account deletion?

Follow the deletion instructions on this page. We may ask you to verify account ownership before deleting data.

Include the app name, the email address on your account if you have one, and the device or platform you are using.

Bug Reports

When reporting a bug, please include:

  • what you were trying to do
  • the steps that reproduce the issue
  • your device model, operating system version, and app version
  • screenshots or screen recordings, if they do not include sensitive information

Subscriptions

Subscriptions, cancellations, renewals, and refunds are managed by the store where you purchased the app. We can help investigate entitlement problems, but we do not directly process store payments or refunds.

Account Deletion

To request account or data deletion, email us from the address associated with your account. If the app provides an in-app deletion flow, you can use that instead.

We may ask you to verify ownership before deleting account data. Some records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, legal, or accounting purposes.
