No. Cut Plan provides general fitness and habit-structure guidance. It does not diagnose, treat, prevent, or monitor disease and does not guarantee weight loss.
No. Version 1 is a paid-upfront, local-first iPhone app with no account, no subscription, no ads, and no backend sync.

Cut Plan is sold as a paid-upfront App Store app. There is no subscription and no in-app purchase in version 1. Purchase receipts and refund requests are handled by Apple.
Cut Plan does not create an account or upload app data to a backend. Your food audit notes, selected cuts, meal checklist history, workout logs, weekly check-ins, settings, and optional photo notes stay on your device. To remove local app data, use the app's reset controls where available or delete the app from your device.
