1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using Money Runway ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. The App

Money Runway is provided as an app and related support service. Features may change over time as we maintain, improve, or discontinue parts of the App.

3. Accounts and Data

If the App offers account features, you are responsible for keeping your sign-in method secure and for providing accurate information. Account and data deletion requests can be sent to sorin@sorincioban.com.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid features or subscriptions may be offered through Apple App Store or Google Play. Store purchases are billed, renewed, cancelled, and refunded by the store where you purchased them.

  • you can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple or Google account settings
  • refund requests must be submitted to the store that processed the purchase
  • we can help investigate entitlement issues, but we cannot directly refund store payments

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • use the App for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes
  • attempt to reverse-engineer, interfere with, or disrupt the App
  • misuse accounts, subscriptions, support channels, or app-store systems
  • submit content that infringes another person's rights or violates applicable law

6. App Stores

Your use of the App may also be governed by the terms of the store where you downloaded it, including Apple's standard licensed application terms or Google Play's terms, as applicable.

7. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by the Money Runway Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every circumstance.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you breach these Terms, misuse the App, or if we stop offering the App or a feature.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.
