How do I get help?

Email the support address below with a short description of what happened and the device you are using.

How do subscriptions work?

Subscriptions, cancellations, renewals, and refunds are handled by the app store where you purchased the app.

Can I delete my account or data?

Yes. Use the account deletion instructions on this page, or email support from the address associated with your account.

Bug Reports

When reporting a bug, please include:

  • what you were trying to do
  • the steps that reproduce the issue
  • your device model, operating system version, and app version
  • screenshots or screen recordings, if they do not include sensitive information

Subscriptions

Subscriptions, cancellations, renewals, and refunds are managed by the store where you purchased the app. We can help investigate entitlement problems, but we do not directly process store payments or refunds.

Account Deletion

To request account or data deletion, email us from the address associated with your account. If the app provides an in-app deletion flow, you can use that instead.

We may ask you to verify ownership before deleting account data. Some records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, legal, or accounting purposes.
